How do I reset the password for my account?

If you are experiencing issues accessing your online account, there is a self-reset password option available in both the Save App and Online Portal. 


For your account security, too many failed login attempts to your account may cause your account to be locked. If you receive a message stating that your account is locked, please contact customer support. 

 

From the Save App

  • Go to the login page in the Save App.
  • Click on Forgot your password? 
  • A verification code will be sent to you by text to your mobile number on file.
  • Enter the verification code received.
  • If you did not receive the code, click on the Resend option.

  • If the verification code is entered successfully, you will see the option to reset your password.
  • If for any reason you do not receive the text message or no longer have access to this phone number, you may have the option to receive a verification code to a verified email address. 
    • If you do not see an option to verify your code by email, contact customer support. 
  • Enter your new password following the password requirements shown.
  • Click on Next.
  • Re-enter the password.
  • Click on Confirm.
  • If successful you will see a Password Successfully Changed message.

 

From the Online Portal

  • Go to joinsave.com/login.
  • Click on Forgot your password? 
  • A verification code will be sent to you by text to your mobile number on file.
  • Enter the verification code received, click on Verify.
  • If you did not receive the code, click on the Resend option.
  • If the verification code is entered successfully, you will see the option to reset your password.
  • If for any reason you do not receive the text message or no longer have access to this phone number, you may have the option to receive a verification code to a verified email address. 
    • If you do not see an option to verify your code by email, contact customer support. 
  • Enter your new password following the password requirements shown.
  • Confirm the new password.
  • Click on Submit.
  • If successful you will see a Password Successfully Changed message.
