- A Market+ program has a 3-year term and a minimum deposit of $2,000.
- Your principal is guaranteed only if you hold the investment to maturity.
- If you make any withdrawal from the guaranteed interest rate product (except for the 3% or 4.20% annual disbursement) before the end of your 3-year term, your account will be closed and you will be subject to a withdrawal and/or surrender charge and a market value adjustment which can increase or decrease the amount of your withdrawal. These penalties can be significant.
