When you open your Save account, we will collect your banking instructions and move your funds electronically via an electronic bank transfer.
You will need to link your bank accounts through the setup process on the Save app or online portal. You can edit or add a new account at any time.
Save uses Fiserv to integrate your bank account information.
Transfers to your Save account take 3-5 business days to be credited and become available.
If you have any questions or are unable to transfer funds to or from your account, please contact customer support.
From the Save App
1. Navigate to your Profile & Settings icon in the top left corner of the home screen of your app. Once in, select the Linked Accounts option.
2. You can either transfer from an account you have already added, or you can link a new account. To add a new account, press the "+" in the corner and enter the routing number for your account, then enter the account type (checking or savings) and number for your account.
3. After submitting your banking information correctly, your bank account will be saved and you'll be able to select it after clicking Linked Accounts from your Profile & Settings menu.
From the Online Portal
1. Navigate to the Profile & Settings icon in the top right corner of the home screen of your online portal. Once in, select the Linked Accounts option.
2. You can either transfer from an account you have already added, or you can link a new account. To add a new account, press the +Add Account in the corner and enter the routing number for your account, then enter the account type (checking or savings) and number for your account.
3. After submitting your banking information correctly, your bank account will be saved and you'll be able to select it after clicking Linked Accounts from your Profile & Settings menu.
